Just keep them on your teeth for a few minutes and then remove them. Just make sure you are not keeping them on the gum. And rinse it after use. 3)  Dentist procedure 


Unlike these other procedures dental teeth whitening procedures, can be a bit expensive. But they are too worth their penny. These procedures include LCD teeth whitening procedures or laser treatment. There is even teeth-whitening gum. But the downside of these treatments is they can’t be taken from the comfort of your home. You need to visit a dentist for it. You can get a gel refill. Though there are different side effects of dental procedures, but not permanent ones. 


4)  Sensitive Teeth 


There are a few people with sensitive teeth as well. If you are one of those people who have sensitive teeth, treat them gently. In those cases make sure you are using a sensitive toothbrush and toothpaste as well. And time period required for whitening teeth is a maximum of 14 days, though there is no perfect time reference.
